I don't frequent KFC often but the food here is consistently good and the staff is some of the nicest you'll find at any KFC!
About three years ago it was a great place - everything was fresh, the portions were full ... Over time, it got worse and worse... ... At first we had to give up chicken - I don?t know what exactly they do there in the kitchen - but it?s impossible to eat,threw it out twice and stopped buying ... Then I began to take only mashed potatoes and coleslaw salad family portions (ithelped save time on cooking at home - I began to cook meat or fish at home myself)... Now this is a problem too - portions areconstantly on half-filled boxes (and this is a family portion) they constantly strive to pour gravy on top, although there areseparate boxes for this (lazy) ... coleslaw seems to be diluted with a fresh delivery with old leftovers - as the whole familybegan to have diarrhea after ... Very disappointed !!! If all FSCs are in the same spirit, this business will end... For uspersonally, Lannet FSC is dead... And I am the costumer who always gives tips... Too bad you can't give minus stars becausethey don't even deserve one star at the moment. Read more
Great chicken pot pie but you will always wait on them for a long time.
I had an above average encounter the other night. Around 845pm.... I needed 4 pot pies. They stop making them about an hour to... an hour & ½ before closing, to prevent having to throw away food. I was just off from 14 hrs at work, my husband who isrecovering from major surgery was home by himself the whole day, with only cold snack type stuff to get him thru until I couldget back home. They went out of their way, to prepare 5 pot pies for me, for my husband actually, and it just meant so much tome that they went out of the norm that night. I was able to feed him that night, and the next night. Those pot pies areexcellent reheated. I was BEYOND exhausted from work and things at home, & I felt soo guilty for having to leave my husband thatlong, with no way to get anything to eat, All I wanted was to make sure he had something he really wanted to eat..... Doesn'tsound like a big deal, but it was to me, and I'm thankful to the staff that night. Read more
