I was traveling through and I was overwhelmed with kindness and understanding. My youngest has autism and medical needs, I was... having trouble with her comfort going into the restaurant and grabbing lunch for my oldest and myself. Everyone was very patientand understanding. Love this location. I use the app and my order is always done super fast even before the time the give me on the app; and it?s... alway delicious and exactly what I ordered. I like to add extra veggies and extra pickles. Josh and the rest of the staff isalways in a good mood even when dealing with not so nice customers and my orders are always correct & yummy. Not all subways arecreated equal but the Valley Springs location and crew are top notch and never disappoint, even with custom and confusingorders, they always get it right.
