The Donuts in Valley Stream tasted real good. I used to live in Valley Stream I live in Florida now. Came up to be with family.... And I wanted some good donuts to eat. The donuts in Florida are not great because of the water they use. The water in NEW YORKis better which makes the donuts better. Read more
Horrible experience. Clearly Dunkin Donuts dont care about reviews. Drive thru clerk has a nasty attitude. I asked to make... sure my cappacino was really hot and she said this is as hot as it gets. It was lukewarm. I've been at other DD and they steamit up more to make it hotter. Not once but twice they gave me the wrong order and seems to not know what they are doing because when I place an order in... advance they say it?s not there and then they say they have it once I show the confirmation and they proceed to give me thewrong order. It is a terrible experience!!! Especially in the very early morning service, staff is very rude and seemed not welcome customer,... he told me: i could simply close and not take the oder. I asked for Ice latte with whole milk and 1 shot liquid cane, he blamedme for his not hearing clearly the specified whole milk. I would suggest take order at somewhere else otherwise your drink couldbe ruin for the day. Unbelievable! We paid for a low standard service.
