I had a terrible experience here tonight. I lived in Albany and goes to Wasabi sushi and was thinking it was going to be the... same vibe here. The food quality was poor. Very limited all you can eat. The short waiter was racist and won?t give me water todrink. We were 3 black females on a table channeling our love for Japanese food and supporting local businesses. I would notrecommend it. I think there are better options out there. As a black woman I urges other not to go there. No one came to ourtable to ask if we needed anything. I felt like she was judgmental and racist and acted she couldn?t understand what I askingwhen I was clearing asking her to give me more water. The tall female waitress was the one who actually brought me a full glassof water. We left the tip only because of her. I?m disappointed and the 2 star is for her. Not the good. Food quality is cheap? Read more

I?ve been here twice in the past with no issue. Today was just terrible. They raised there prices which is fine because that?s... life right now but service was TERRIBLE, they include gratuity themselves (18%!!!!!!) so there?s no real need to work for agood tip. Waiter never asked if we we needed a refill , never cleared the table. We did all you can eat and eat each time wewent to order something we had to track the waiter down. Very rude customer service and mediocre food. They really need tohumble themselves, people come and give there business money at least have common decency. Do better , thank you! Read more

Great food! Just keep in mind that if you order from the "all you can eat" menu, there is no take home bag, which is... understandable. So, if you are one that can't finish your meal and like taking the rest home, you are better off ordering whatyou like and if you get full, take the rest home. I recommend the fried rice and the Sesame Chicken. Read more

So my experience was okay, but what I witnessed was very uncomfortable. There is a waitress with a short black bob who is... clearly lacking etiquette. The restaurant closes at 1030 but a few minutes after 10pm this waitress told a large group that wasalready well into their meal that next time they should come a little earlier. She was rushing everyone out of the restaurant. It was so bad that, the owner had to speak to customers to apologize. In addition, she reaches over customers to grab theirplates while they are still eating. You can tell she lacks a lot of awareness but I do think the owner should have intervenedsooner so that the unpleasant experience didn?t last as long as it did. If she is your server, you?ll immediately know who sheis. Read more
