Terrible service experience earlier today. There was only one cashier on duty during morning rush hour. Waited more than 15... minutes in a line of 10 people just to obtain a mediocre overpriced coffee. While this was going on, the ostensible manager wascounting coffee cups while completely oblivious to the customer logjam. Disgraceful and inept customer service. Not to returnto this facility! Standing in line for almost 10 minutes. Two associates at the register ...one associate was the manager and walked away before... asking to assist me. Three people walk in who had rapid orders and were assisted right away. When I was finally assisted I askedthe associate was it the store policy to have people waiting endlessly in line while rapid order customers are assisted rightaway.
