DO NOT order the Carmel Cinnamon shake at this location... Waited forever in drive thru, ordered 4 cinnamon carmel shakes. ... Drove away only to find out they made the wrong shakes - they had coffee flavored jamocha syrup in them instead of carmel. Turned around and went inside to have them remade and was told they were made right... we we absolutely wrong. They said theycouldn't be made any different and after alot of huffing and puffing with eye rolling, they eventually refunded the money. Pretty sure I've been getting takeout from this Arby's since I was a child. In the past few years, the food is always good.... Chicken is crispy, curly fries are fresh, drinks aren't flat. There's usually a good special sandwich on the menu or aninteresting drink item (loved the root beer float option this past summer.) Only problem is is that I cannot remember in mylast 10 orders where something wasn't wrong with the actual order itself. Wrong menu items, wrong toppings, wrong sizes ofdrinks or sides, no napkins, no straws, adding ice when asked for no ice, etc.. Sometimes its not even bad, like getting a largefries when we asked for small, but it cuts both ways. It's kind of a gamble but the food has never been bad, cold or not fresh.Probably better off dining inside if you want to make sure you get the right order though. Read more
Nice experience. Staff was polite and courteous.. The air conditioning was out and was apparently out for a few days so it... was very very hot inside the restaurant to sit and eat there. The floor could have used a sweep and the tables could have useda quick wipe down but other than that it was a good experience. Read more
Went to Taco Bell and to McDonald's right there by this, and they were BOTH "fast" with the food preparation. They BOTH excepted... my Discover card payment. Yet when I go to this "Fast food" drive thru, they took forever making what is their specialty 4Clasic Roast Beef Sandwiches. They also would not except Discover,.when I have NEVER been told this at ANY STORE before even anArby's. Should of simply made it "fast food" and less inconvenient and got myself some McDonald's or Taco Bell Read more
