Great service. Beautiful drinks. Not in love with their food. And I generally love Asian fusion. I keep going back hoping to... find a dish I love but after 5 visits I don't think there is one. Nov 22: restaurant update: same same. I want to love thisplace. Asian fusion is my jam. But no good pho. The sushi is.... terrible. Honestly the best dish is the wings. The serviceis still great. Cool place in downtown Valpo. The Asian fusion fare is hip albeit they seem a bit heavy handed with the sauces. The food we had... was definitely tasty but the yakisoba noodles seemed like they were drowning in their own sauce. The fries had great texture; Ithink I'll try them with the pulled pork next time. What a fun place! The food and craft cocktails here were delicious! The menu is definitely heavy on the Asian influence...with... sushi, noodles, bao buns, etc. Then, there's twists on the classics and fun pop culture themed things(lego beer tappers and StarWars named cocktails) thrown in. Instead of a French 75 cocktail, I got a Japanese 75. Delicious btw. ???? And then the Frenchfries are loaded up with Korean BBQ sauce, pulled pork, and pickled red onions. Omg...so tasty! Although our server was not the best (forgot my drink, did not bring chopsticks or soy sauce, didn?t acknowledge us), the food... still warrants a 5-star review. We enjoyed sushi, drunken noodles, wings (best I?ve ever had), and the steak sandwich. The foodcame out quickly but was also paced well. Everything was amazing, hot, and delicious! Over a week later, and I?m still dreamingof our meal. I don?t come to valpo often, but the next time I?m in town, this will be a must visit. Read more
