The staff here is usually kind and professional but today Maddy and Sydney were incredibly rude. They're out of most of the food... and had an attitude with my sister in law when she asked what they had. The store is disgustingly dirty with the trash overflowing, the floors are sticky, and the glass and counters are covered in drip marks. Not going back Read more
The cashier was nice, but the lady fixing the Mango Dragonfruit was a bit unfriendly. She put coconut milk in my drink and had... to make it over. The straw and condiment area was nasty with trash. I was the only customer, so I don't understand why one ofthe two ladies couldn't maintain that area. Read more
I left with out purchasing a beverage after being told that Starbucks recently made a corporate decision to no longer carry... SUGAR FREE flavorings. I called another Starbucks to see if it was accurate and was told "Yes, Stores that still have theflavoring/syrups only have them till they run out." The girls will stand and make conversation with the ONE person they are making coffees for and having you standing their for... over 15 mins while messing around giggling and talking instead of taking care if the ONE other customer that is there. Some ofus make time to get coffee before going to our jobs for you to stand around. Also 2 workers for one customer ever heard ofmultitasking? Could have atleast taken my order is standing there and STARING at me. Had to leave so i could make it to work ontime since they didnt even take my order after 15 mins. Read more
