Pricing was way more expensive than any other subway that I have ever been to recently
Very disappointed at this local Subway for the racism they showed to my friend , myself and our children. Alexis who made our... sandwiches was very rude and lacked customer service skills. She never once smiled at us or showed any sign of welcoming. My sonwho is 2 years old took a cup from the counter and she confronted us very aggressively to pay for the cup. It was embarrassingespecially after she asked if ?I could afford it??. My friend went back inside to ask for her name and she overheard hertelling her coworker ?it?s because they are Mexicans?. I am distraught at the fact she treated us so horrible. I will not bereturning to that Subway until they correct the way they treat their customers. Read more
I went in for lunch and had a Spicy Italian on flat bread it was delicious. The service were friendly.
I called ahead of time to see if they would honor school fundraiser coupons that DID NOT include the valpo location on the... coupon. The staff member said yes they can still honor them. I arrived 15 min later. Ordered my sandwiches and when I arrived atcheck out they decided the fundraising coupons are not accepted because they are not valid for that location......thats why Icalled and asked in the first place. Poor poor service. Should have told me they were not accepted when I specifically calledand asked. I did not purchase the sandwiches due to the poor service. Read more
