Some smaller traditional Wings were over cooked and the loaded tater tots were greasy and mushy, after asking for ?crispy, but... NOT burnt??Bacon bits were also burnt and very crunchy (dried) out. The wings were absolutely awesome, wraps were awesome, appetizers were awesome, drove out there from Crown point tired of the... tiny wings at BW3?s and food never tasting the same or dried out and and lousy service and we will be return customers becauseof good food, good price, good size portions, and excellent service and clean establishment. Visited on 8/9/22 and had a horrible experience. Usually the service is okay, but this time it was just plain bad. It took 20... minutes for my buddy to get his beer, and approximately an hour for us to get our food. Our waitress forgot our ranch/bluecheese and a side of beer cheese. She also brought out food that we didn't order, but forgot my buddy's actual order. Normally Iwouldn't mind this, but the process of paying for our mediocre food was somehow even worse. Two of the checks were incorrect, soour waitress attempted to fix them. Once correcting these checks, my check had inexplicably increased by $13. I explained thisto our waitress, a second waitress, and the manager, but they continuously tried to make me pay the higher bill. They also triedto make my friends pay again after they already settled their bills. All in all, it took 30 minutes to pay for our food. I knowit's not required of restaurants to do this, but some sort of discount for the hassle would've been appreciated. Now I havedouble charges on my credit card that I'm hoping will be reduced to just one charge. My buddy also has a double charge which weassume will be reduced to one. Please stay away from this place the food is trash and overpriced. Ribs nasty , chicken nasty, chicken wrap nasty , Mac and... cheese nasty. Also the chicken wrap was extremely dry , Mann the ribs was BURNT and DRY to no sauce on the ribs just on the side. Only thing was good was the fries. If I could give zero stars I would . If you do go here please make sure you ask ask foreverything fresh even the drink. Read more
