Ordered off the app. Got home which is 35 miles away. It was wrong. Tried calling. They never answered the phone. Left messages.... No call back. It is very unprofessional not to answer the phone during business hours. But rumor has it. The management at thisMcDonalds is poor at best. So the way it breaks down is. You pay for it. But you don't get it. Now by not answering the phone orreturning calls. Tells me they don't care about customer service. Plus the app is pitiful. Every time I tried to send messagesto the company. If I could give a zero star I would. Number to call is a voice-mail only and nobody answers it or calls you back. Never has ice... cream machine, apples for the happy meals and never gets the order 100% of time correct. I go there and continue to go becauseit is the ONLY McDonald's in a 100 mile radius of my house. Employees are always rude. Manager is never available to speak to.Now I have been trying for 2 days now to call and get my money back on the order that I didn't get part of or at least thatamount back but no call back, voice-mail left to get a call, and emails to corporate office are worthless as well. If I could give this place zero Stars I would, no salt on burnt fries, burnt buns, Big Mac only had 1 slice of cheese, burgers... bolt so sloppy! I was on a 24 hour roadtrip and was super hungry and excited to grab some McDonald's. What a disappointment! Noteven starving, this garbage was appetizing.
