He comes dressed professionally and has a great staff as well and the presentation is gorgeous!Everything we had couldn?t have tasted better so we were beyond pleased. My guests complemented the food a lot and severalpeople told me they went back for second and third helpings! I worried with my Venue not having a kitchen if the food would befresh and hot because he traveled from an hour away. Stephen was so patient with me and continued to assure me that he does itall the time without a kitchen. The food was so fresh and it stayed hot the entire time so I was beyond pleased!
