Took the family including Etch out for lunch on the patio. The food was delicious. The mango salad and chicken wings are the... perfect starters. The pho broth was perfect. Not inexpensive but worth coming for any occasion. The service was excellent. Read more
Delicious, authentic, and high quality dishes and creative beverages! We visited the restaurant later in the evening and it was... packed (no surprises) with minimal seating available. Julie was ever so kind and hospitable to not only find us excellentseating at the bar, but was able to provide menu suggestions and local recommendations to visit as well. Very impressed! Theaesthetic atmosphere and overall vibe was elegant and vibrant which made my first experience trying Vietnamese food a memorableone. Definitely coming back! Read more
We want to try this restaurant as there is always a long queue in front of it. We visited today at noon, and luckily no need to... wait for a long time. The environment and the service were excellent. The food we ordered was fantastic too. The soup of thebeef noodle tastes very strong and can still keep its temperature until we finish the noodle. The arrangement of the SignatureVermicelli Bowl is beautiful; in addition, every topping tastes good too. It is one of the best Vietnamese restaurants I havetried in the Vancouver area. Read more
Dinner wait is pretty long as the restaurant doesn?t have much seating. But they?ve added outdoor patio seating now. Server was... super friendly and helpful! Gave a bunch of great recommendations. I was blown away with the quality of food and the reasonable price. We ordered a few plates to share and some of us ordered... individually too. The food was authentic and full of flavour.
