We took chef?s choice 12 course menu. This is the first time I was having Malaysian cuisine. The food was average. Honestly it... was a bit extra sweet for me. Pricing is high compared to the taste of the food. Tips: pricing in the menu is confusing. Makesure of the price before you order. Read more
Had the course meal here, very enjoyable, especially the shrimp paste green bean dish. The fish curry was very fresh as well,... and the coconut panna cotta had that authentic taste of gula melaka sugar. I think the spice/flavoring was a little toned downcompared to in KL/Malaysia, but definitely scratches the itch. Read more

Very nice hissing gem between all those Asian restaurants . I always liked Malaysian food but banana leaf takes it to another... level . We did the chef tasting menus and ordered laksa which are our favorites and everyone in our party enjoyed the food . It.It?s around $50 a person . Service was amazing , food came quick and tasty .
