Food was healthy and tasty. Staff are friendly and helpful. They could improve cleanliness and sanitizing. While we ate there... an obviously mentally disturbed person began to physically handle an outside table and chair. Scantily clothed she was handlingthem in numerous ways including rubbing body parts, including her bum and underwear on the table top. She finally left thearea. The staff returned the furniture to it's normal location. I waited for someone to wipe it down with a sanitizer...andwaited. Finally when leaving I suggested that they sanitize the furniture. I can't imagine in the current world of viruses andpoxes that sanitizing equipment wouldn't be the highest priority for a food establishment. Read more
This is not my first time at this coffee shop! I came in the morning to get a cup of coffee. Ordered ?to go ? a filtered coffee... and scone. For payment right away saw ?would you like to pay tips ? said to the sales person: what for?! I did not get anyservice? Just over the counter purchase like in Shoppers drugs store! You should see her angry face! And the bag with scone wasalmost thrown out to my face!!! Read more
Went for the Hot Chocolate Festival and got the Blush Berries hot chocolate - was delightful but felt something extra was... missing for the price. Nice seating inside and out front, and the staff were friendly enough. Was surprised and a little put offby the messy bathroom however.. Read more
