This is a tough review to write. Their melon pans are amazing, and so are the drinks. But I’m leaving a one star here because... I’m feeling pretty cheated. Drinks are $6 plus - one size. You can’t control sweetness, which is fine because they don’tmake their drinks too sweet. Lack of customization is fine except for the reason I’m leaving one star - THEY PUT TOO MUCH ICEIN THEIR DRINKS. I am not paying $6-7 for over half my cup to br filled with ice. If you charge that much for your drinks, atleast make it worthwhile. I ordered today with specific instructions not to add too much ice because they did that to me lasttime. My orders today were still FILLED with ice. As much as I love this shop’s food/drinks, I don’t appreciate gettingripped off. Added a photo here of how much ice was actually in my cup after my drink previously. This is not worth the money Ipaid for. Read more
Wonderful cafe and bakery. Really the first of it’s kind where you can enjoy the traditional slow drip coffee in a Vietnamese... cafe setting. The owners are usually there and very friendly. You can see their passion for serving others a mile away. It wasa pleasure to visit and try their brand new charcoal bahn mi. Well made crispy baguette with refreshing ingredients. This is a great place to find cute pastries and refreshing yuzu and coffee based drinks. I used to visit here a lot when they... were still "Baker and Table". This was my first time being here after the owner ship changed. As others stating in theirreviews, the interior of the store got completely transformed in a great way! So cute and so tasty! The ambiance of this cafe is lovely. It’s relaxing and has beautiful origami cranes all over the ceiling... . The staff there are so nice and seem quite happy. I had the totoro cookie with was quite tasty and not over sweetened. Thecoco-mango slushy was refreshing, but my favourite was the totoro tiramisu. It was so light and delicious, (my favourite fromhere thus far) and not to mention adorable . If you like cute treats , this is the place to come . I’d recommend coming earlybecause they are popular and go fast! I do wish they had labels on the prepackaged character cookies because I was unsure whattype of cookie my totoro was and it seemed to have a mystery filling I am unsure what it was. Read more
