Really cute cafe I saw on little red book(Chinese app) the aesthetic is really unique but I think the brunch food is just okay... like your regular avo toast. But the pastry is good!! They also have Turkish coffee here. My friends and I got there at 9 and itgot full pretty quickly. Read more
Definitely definitely definitely recommended. We were in the area and looking for an amazing coffee place and found this. If you... have an artistic bent, you'll probably appreciate the place more. Loved the setup. We tried Turkish Coffee and Cappuccino. Lovedit. They also have some vegan treats like the Almond Blueberry Cruffin, so that's always great! And the ambiance is really goodas well. The owner is very welcoming and engaging, especially with respect to the history of the place. It's also a treat to seethe process of Turkish coffee. It's a very small cafe but still a good amount of seating available. Definitely recommended. It'son a busy street so parking may not be easily available if you are driving down. Read more
Went here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. We arrived around 9:30 AM and were able to snag a seat in the small dining room... before the rush came around 10 AM. They have Turkish coffee which is not very common, so I ordered one and it was great. Thefood was delicious and the portions were quite generous. There were unique art pieces everywhere, which created a bohemian vibe.The location on Denman near English Bay was very convenient! The service we had was exceptional, no complaints at all. Read more
We went there around 11 am Saturday, waited for 15 mins. The owner (also waiter) is very friendly, food is beyond delicious:... the presenting, the temperature of food, sauce? so good. We also ordered the waffle, light and sweet, perfect for a desert toshare. Coffee !!! I thought it would be too bitter for me (I usually drink latte) , but I love the sweet soft candy with coffeecombination. Not bitter at all. Like everybody mentioned, deco is amazing.
