Always under staffed. Hello warehouse manager. Time to increase your staff levels. 25 people waiting for food from 1 person.
Lines are long. I?m surprised this isn?t a member only food court like the other Costco food courts. Disappointing experience... and food is a hit and miss. Had a soggy bun before but great poutine. Chicken strips and fries appear to have shrunk in portionsizes while prices went up by a dollar fifty. Read more
Lines are way too long, understaffed, and inefficient, the exact opposite of what I expect as a member. They need more staff and... a more efficient system in place, like the order number screens they have at McDonalds. Overall very disappointing for aCostco--I'm sure corporate would not be happy to find out about this place. Read more
Inefficient and bad service, if there's even service at all. Waited an hour just for a hot dog.
