This was our first time at any Earnest Ice Cream and it definitely exceeded our expectations. They have a clear sense of their... values as a business and have been very intentional on being mindful of waste and care for the environment. The friendlyhelpful staff were very welcoming and gave us all the sampling we wanted. The product itself is amazing. It was easily some ofthe best ice cream I've ever had AND the flavours were very inventive. "Spruce Ice Cream" being one of the flavours.
