Faubourg Paris is a GREAT little Café / coffee /Pastry shop directly accross the street from the Vancouver Gallery Art... Museum... it has great Ham, Cheese & Egg Croissants and really comfortable cute on the sidewalk patio (with umbrellas)... Itshust perfect for the SPECTACULAR people watching in this area???? Very cute cafe right in the heart of Vancouver. We were strolling after shopping and decided to have something to cool off. They... have very delicious homemade strawberry lemonade and cake mini trio was just soooo cute not to take it. I highly recommend thiscafe. We had amazing table outside to enjoy beautiful day. 4.5 - A cozy little French Cafe with a great selection of fresh and creatively made pastries and sandwiches. We come here... quite a bit. Our usuals are the double chocolate pistachio croissant and the vegetarian spinach and feta croissant and we lovethem both. Their Americanos could be slightly better, but that's because I tend to like my coffee quite strong, so usually Iget my Americano with an extra shot of espresso, I find the single to be a little watery for me. The atmosphere and environmentis really lovely and tastefully decorated and all the windows gives you a cozy place to sit, observe and just Be. I find thestaff varies, as sometimes when we walk in there's a warm and attentive friendly greeting and sometimes there isn't.
