Glad new Faubourg is open in Yaletown. Hope there?ll be more pastries options next time.
Last Sep,21 I ordered a 6 inch cake, pick up time is Sep,26. My wife went there to pick that up, but they told to my wife,... ?there were no cake? and someone went to pick up the cake to other shop, they gave us 8inch cake. However, the 8 inch cake waslittle differnt with that I ordered, and I find some molts? They spoil my birthday, I will not eat this cake. It is terribleexperience ever my life! Read more
2 stars for the variety of products and cute storefront - but the quality of products and their prices?! Coffee-Siren right... across the street serves better drip at a lower price, and it pains me to say that even Tim Hortons make a better Croissant.Definitely not artisanal - the dough was dry on the inside instead of buttery, and not crispy on the outside either. We bought almond croissant, pain au chocolat, squeezed orange juice and had a sumptuous and delicious breakfast. Given the... inflation, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality/price ratio-really great value. We liked the bakery so much that on ourway out we picked up their financiers (3 different kinds).
