This is the second time that I’ve tried their food. About a year ago I had the Poké Bowl and some vegan macaroons for... dessert. I can’t remember how the Poké Bowl tasted like but the macaroons are very flavourful, it’s sweet, nutty and easyto chew. This year however is a different experience, I had the Hanoi Soup, and that soup is one of the heartiest vegan mealthat I had. I even had a chance to chat with Van and talked a little bit about vegan lifestyle, and he also described the basethey use for the soup.
