If I'm going to be honest, this place is a disappointment compared to the location in Lougheed. This place has a smaller menu... and it wasn't that good... $50 for what you see in the picture which is mostly carbs. The fried chicken (not pictured) is justpieces of boneless chicken... You get the idea, there's better elsewhere. Read more
Food is average compared to other Korean restaurants. Servers are relatively younger so expect slower service, they don?t check... on you often. So you?ll need to go up to them for everything. Decor is well done but money is more likely better spentelsewhere. Read more
No wait for a walk-in on a Tuesday evening at 6:30 PM The service is welcoming and I felt comfortable dining solo. I ordered... the beef brisket soy bean paste soup (a little too salty, but comes with a lot of brisket, tofu, and onions) - it came with riceand three side dishes (sweet potato, radish kimchi, pickled seaweed) the soup stayed piping hot throughout the meal. Got the pork belly and it was pretty good. The kimchi in particular was excellent. I just wish the portion was bigger. The... steamed egg was decent and milder in flavour. The tofu was nice and I liked having the sesame oil and ssamjang to dip. The porkbelly had a good ratio of fat to lean meat but it could be slightly more tender and there were a lot of soft bones whichdetracted from the experience.
