Menu for Nonna's Table Pizzeria & Restaurant in Vancouver, BC

My wife and i walked with our daughter in at about 730pm. Servers were busy. We were told to sit where ever we liked. They... seemed busy with other rooms of the restaurant. Our order was taken by a nice gentle man. I think he was English or Australian.We ordered 2 pastas and a pizza. Pizza was great, the cheese was amazing. Pastas were perfectly cooked. We took the pizza and it was very good. But more than the pizza itself was the spirit of the restaurant and the bar which made... my day. The lady working at the bar was very friendly and attentive, she listened to what I was after and even offered to make apizza the way I wanted. People at the bar were friendly and engaging as well. After a long and tiring trip, having a friendlychat with strangers at the bar was very nice. All in all good experience :) Read more

This place has so much potential !! It could become a legendary must see East Van eatery!!! It would become our regular... breakfast joint and could steal a lot of the Yolks folks who don?t want to wait in line..... but they charge $14 for two eggsand stale focaccia bread and seem to only be interested in feeding the hotel guests who are trapped there. Italian / American dinner attached to Waldorf hotel. Hotel guests get discount on already moderate to good prices. Great food, friendly, attentive service and good music. An ideal venue for a large event or a quiet night out. Pizzas cooked in... an authentic pizza oven, chicken wings that were fried to perfection and not drenched in sauce. A lovely evening in anunsuspecting place. Also awesome for transit routes into and out of Downtown Vancouver. The bus stop is literally outside therestaurant and hotel, and it's a 20 minute trip with several bus routes to choose from.
