Simply wow! We had the pleasure of eating at Ogenki Sushi on Main street. Their vegan menu is absolutely amazing! We had a... great time trying two appetizers, their spring rolls and vegetables tempuras, along with three chef's special rolls : the summerroll (avocado top), the phylly roll (carrot salmon lox on top), and the totem roll (potato sticks on top).
