Visited Pho 37 on a recent trip to Vancouver. Had the pork spring rolls, Chicken Satay soup and Rare Beef pho. Overall, the... meals were good. I enjoyed that the Chicken Satay soup was made with peanuts. I was disappointed that there was only 1 size ofsoup. For my husband, it wasn't enough and for me it was too much. The beef pho didn't have as much noodles, and the flavor wasdecent. Service was about average. Giving this place a 4 star because we've had better, but it was good enough to go backagain! Read more
Pho 37 was recommended to us by friends. They suggested we order the sample platter for two which is on the online menu not dine... in menu. Had a lovely chat with our server while we waited for our meal. The platter was the best! We enjoyed this diningexperience in a safe, bright, clean and comfortable environment. One of the best place to eat for Vietnamese food in downtown especially around Robson st. Their proportion is big and price is... cheap compare to other Vietnamese restaurants. The restaurant has modern and nice look so it makes the experience even better.Their lemon grass noodles are the bomb and worth the money. Amazing Vietnamese food.. the best vermicelli I've ever had! (and I've tried many). A really nice ratio between noodles and... vegetables, and the pork was perfectly seasoned. I was pretty happy with the food at Pho 37. I had salad roll. They had a variety of options which is not common. I had minced... pork. I liked the pork. It was flavourful. The pho has lots of meat. Soup good as well but a bit too sweet. Would have likedmore spices like star anise and/or cinnamon and a bit less sugar but I still enjoyed it. Would come here again for food. Ireally really liked their tea. It was unique like caramel but not quite caramel Sweet like corn but not corn flavour. I endedasking what type of tea. They said it was green tea mixed with Pandan leaves. Wow. Unique combination. Very nice tea. I'll becoming here again as some pho place in downtown are expensive and/or not good but here was good.
