Great place, comfortable and spacious rooms with a coffee maker which we love. Beds are comfortable. Parking is insane at... $40/night. The pool and hot tub are nice but definitely could be upgraded. The hot tub was closed for maintenance the day afterwe checked in, which is weird because we used it the day of check in. The location is good and close to the sky train as well,as we were staying in town for a concert. The restaurant food is delicious and all of the staff is very friendly. Wouldrecommend. Read more
It was perfect, great people I had the best server and such an amazing chef the food was very very good. My only issue with the... room is that the fan was too loud but other that amazing presentation of the room. The morning buffet for one person is a littletoo pricey in my opinion. also the simplest/smallest of things can make the greater impact the towels and how it was folded mademy day, it made me smile. My review is for conference services only. Centrally located but my issue is with what and how they served the food for a... conference lunch I attended there. First the selections were bizarre - gnocchi and chicken breast with potato chips? Second wehad a plated buffet meal for 200+ people with no tables to use aside from the small side and coffee tables littered around thevenue. How are we supposed to cut our food??? They need to work on their cookies too, they taste like particle board. Read more
The only reason I give the room for stars is because our shower handle was out off place and needs to be fixed, we feel like it... will fall off every time we use it. However, this is a beautiful hotel and the staff is incredible. Everyone is so kind,helpful and friendly. This place should definitely be on your list to consider if you want to visit downtown Vancouver. Greatexperience! Read more

I love this hotel. I'm an American, so maybe i was just enchanted by the Canadian hospitality. Not sure, but it was an excellent... experience. The room was nice, clean and comfortable, but harbour view was majestic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, andcourteous. There are too many positives to list. Seriously. This place is a dream.
