Would give this place 4.5 stars if I could! The service was prompt and attentive and the servers were friendly! We ordered the... beef noodle soup as well as the garlic cucumbers. The beef noodle soup broth was very flavourful and the beef was so tender thatit fell apart. I'd highly recommend this dish. The only downside was that I wished the garlic cucumber had a little bit moresalt, but it was amazing nonetheless! Read more
Authentic and tasty Taiwanese beef noodle soup in a clean environment with excellent service! This is the definition of doing... the simple things well. The broth looked deceptively simple but exploded with umami without being fatty, infused with beefflavour, it was something you could drink by itself. The beef brisket was fall apart to the touch. Served in big slices, thegenerous portions made it feel like you were having a steak dinner with the soup. The noodles were springy and voluminous. Eachstrand long and firm, really satisfying to slurp or consume in a spoonful. Not done with the details yet, the bowl of warmcomfort also comes with a side of picked vegetables which are crunchy, sweet, and sour, adding an additional dimension to theproceedings. As a final show of quality, the glasses of water are put through a filter before being served? 7/25/2022: Stopped in for lunch. Not too busy, service was prompt. Ordered the premium beef noodle soup, shrimp wontons, and... passionfruit iced tea.
