Decided to eat here as close to hotel. Ordered food and told waitress we would be sat outside on patio area. Same waitress as... took order brought coffees, with 1 sugar each. Had to ask for more sugar, only 1 more each brought out. Had to go insideourselves to get more, in the meantime coffee going cold. After 25 mins, meals came out out which looked appetising. Food put ontable and away she went without speaking. No Salt or Pepper on table, again we had to fetch condiments ourselves from insidewhile this time the food was going cold. Waitress totally lacked waiting on skills, and did not return to clear empty plates oroffer more coffee, instead she went to sit with 3 friends and was using her phone. Extremely frustrating to experience such poorservice especially after I had already left a 5$ plus tip. Feel like I was ripped off by a waitress who just couldn't careless????Avoid at all costs, plenty of other eateries in the area. Read more

Excellent coffee and the food was fantastic. The avocado toast I had was delicious and the bread and other ingredients were... obviously fresh and high quality. The staff were very courteous and seemed genuinely happy to be there. Overall a greatexperience and felt like a little slice of Europe. Read more
My panini was good but I had gone in for the eggs Benedict, as brunch was advertised to start at 8 am. I went in at 8 and was... told the kitchen was not open. The barista/server was kind and helpful. The London fog was a tad sweet, but good. Read more
