It's a taco time in a food court. It's not the best place in town for a taco, that's absurd. It's also not a one star... restaurant, that's also absurd. It's a place to get cheap fast food style burritos. People need to relax. Read more
I gave a lot of opportunities to the owner and the head office to resolve this issue but they didn?t. Even asked the owner to... contact me. Went to this location few weeks ago, right off the bat location is not clean. Scraps of lettuce on the prep table,no sanitizing that I saw. The main franchisee started making my mexi fries and I asked for a large, he said he didn?t have alarge tray and began shoving large fries into a small tray. Ofcourse many of them fell on the counter space and around thelocation where they deep fry these mexi fries. Without any concerns he started picking up the fries with his bare hands, andbalancing them back in my tray. It was disgusting. Every time a mexi dry would fall off he would pick it up bare fingers ( Godknows what else he was touching) and put them back in the tray. I complained to the head office and response was they can?t domuch. How difficult is it to wear some gloves when you touch food that people are about to eat? And the way he was doing it socausally seems like he has done this before many times. Avoid this location at all costs! Read more
