We visited the Teahouse for brunch yesterday, and it was a pricey experience. The room is beautiful, except for the mouldy... carpet smell… though you get used to that and don’t notice it after a few minutes. The service was excellent, but the foodwas just decent. For this price point, I expected more from the food. They also sell $11 mimosa’s that are more organellejuice than bubbles. Really you’re going to this place for the view. Without that it’s a 2 star. Our research cohort had our final annual meeting and our dinner was hosted here. It was an absolutely beautiful occasion. The... waiters and staff were absolutely cordial. A lovely restaurant in a beautiful park. We took the scenic route into the park, passing all the monument trees, and once at the... restaurant we enjoyed the lovely view, the great food, and excellent staff. I threw my wife her surprise 40th birthday. Gabrielle and the team were fantastic to deal with. The conservatory private room... was the absolute perfect venue. It accommodated all our guests.
