Loved the jacket potatoe with pulled pork, and the fact that they have a trivia quiz night on Wednesdays!!
Chatty bustling pace with a staff that are fun, sassy and make you feel right at home! Really enjoyed engaging with the team... there, they were a lot of fun! Had a few quick bites and everyone seemed happy with their order. Standard bar fare, but theydefinitely don?t leave you feeling hungry! A couple of years ago I discovered this little hole-in-the-wall establishment and I still go back to it every once in a while,... because it is great. They have trivia nights, live music often. and a nice patio in the back. The food comes from a quainthome-style kitchen that exudes a comfortable atmosphere. It is definitely worth a visit for friendly chats with their regulars,plus the friendly, astute staff give it a cozy aspect that one enjoys reurning to. You guys are awesome. Read more

I didn't know what to think of this bar at first because of it's small size and interesting decor. But after a few drinks and... some great live music I realized I really enjoyed it. There's a contrast of different generations of the patrons and regulars. Only a few TV's but well placed for watching. It's quite small and the 'kitchen' is part of the bar, so don't come expecting amulti course meal. It's a bar good and proper. Read more
