I was staying at the hotel next to The Morrissey and thought I would check it out. The decor was what caught my eye and drew me... in! Once inside, the vibe was cozy and vintage (and very Halloween-y with all the decorations). I was along so grabbed a tablein the front corner and enjoyed a delicious margarita while I waited for some food to go. Everyone was so nice and the patronsseemed right at home. Definitely a bar I would make regular appearances at if I lived in town. AND THE FOOD! Probably one ofthe best Chicken Burgers I've had and those curly fries were amazing! No doubt this place is my new favourite Vancouver spot! Read more

The Morrissey remains my favourite place to go when I visit Vancouver. No televisions, no sports bar, no disco, no night club.... Just a great venue for good drinks, good food, good music, and a great feeling. Always a good time. PS I especially like theSunday night live music with Lee and friends. Read more

I liked the aesthetic from the outside so much! I mean theres a knights armour inside whats not to like? The service was kind of... bad though. The waitress roughly put down the menu at our table and the candle (the only light source) went out and she left. Ihad to grab the candle from the other empty table. She flung the coasters too which obviously slid off the table and landed onthe floor xD Only one set of cutlery for the 2 of us and she didnt check on us during the meal.
