Nobody bothered to show up for work and tim hortons app wont refund our group order. We ordered take 12 coffees and take 12... teas through the app. When we went to pick them up, the store was open but nobody working. The security guard sat next to thestore and said nobody showed up for work. The customer support wont refund us. When I created a ticket, it took them a week toget back to me only to tell me its up to the individual store to refund. A contract was made, tim hortons did not fulfill theirobligation and now Im told its the store?s prerogative to refund me?? And that they only deal with delivery orders. Then why ishe answering my ticket??? This is ridiculous. What kind of tim hortons are they running here. I wasted so much time fromordering, to picking up nothing, to the run to Starbucks to do a quick replacement order, then to email back and forth with auseless customer service. Read more

I?ve been waiting for 15 minutes and nobody was there.
