I will never be back here!!! I work as a courier near by and sometimes stop by for a late. I was near by today, July 5th at... 10:30, and needed to use the washroom. If I could gize no star, I would. Placed a pickup order a week ago. It was a whole cheesecake for my bf?s birthday. On the... pickup day, just 15 mins before the scheduled pickup time, this guy(kitchen manager) called me and said he doesn?t have thecake. I was utterly shocked. Offered me a full refund like he was giving me this generous option! I had to drive aroundVancouver 8am in the morning to find a place to buy a birthday cake when gas is now over $2 per liter. I visit this location approx 3 to 4 times a week and am happy they opened up in this area! Have to try the cheesecakes - a... definite must and their sandwiches which run out so fast! Also staff have always worn their masks when we visit for lunch orsnack and very friendly. However we do take our masks off while eating within our perimeter which is allowed and not againstpublic health orders - this is allowed at coffee shops and restaurants as I am reading the opposite on one of the reviews. This is a nice Trees Organic cafe, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Too bad about some people's bad experiences... here. I thought the coffee was good. I went in for the cheesecake since that's what they are reputed for. Their mangocheesecake certainly did not disappoint. Service was friendly and professional. From my understanding, this is the locationwhere they make the cheesecakes. They then deliver the cakes to their downtown stores. Read more
