Absolutely unacceptable service went in for my morning coffee and asked to use the washroom before I ordered. The first lady at... the counter said yes no problem go ahead and then the ?owner? she claims said that I was not allowed to use the washroom unlessI was a paying customer and I was obviously at this location specifically to grab a coffee and breakfast. Hands down the best espresso in Vancouver. Alas we leave tomorrow but will fit in another visit. I mean, we are from Melbourne... and actual strong coffee with a crema is hard to find. Also, if you want the Canadian treat Nanaimo bar, they have a yummyversion. Best coffee. Best coffee! Read more

Questionable? I got a cup of lukewarm and diluted drip coffee on a sunny Sunday afternoon, and that?s my experience. (The... coffee per se is not bad.)
