very friendly. good Chinese food. our new favorite place to go for food

I came in here on a weekday around 6pm. There were 5-6 guests at the bar and 3-4 tables of 2 guests in the dining room. There... was an older grumpy woman standing behind the bar and another woman serving the dining room. After sitting for 15 minuteswithout service I approached the bar and was told that our server would be over soon, but they were in the middle of shiftchange. I asked if we could at least get a beer while we waited and were denied. The older woman continued just standingaround behind the bar-not working-while the other lady worked the dining room. Not that there was any sense of urgency to herpace, she clearly didn't care that people were waiting. At one point she walked by and said she would be over in a few minutes,but she never came. Most people would keep driving by this place...but we went with an open mindset. The food was decent and bar staff friendly. The... reason for our stop was for Karaoke and Candy the DJ really is the best Karaoke DJ around. She is fun and spirited and getseveryone involved. Thursday nights is the night to go if you like to sing a tune or watch others showcase their voices. Read more
