My wife and I discovered Elements about six months ago and have now eaten there ten times. Their brunch is amazing (get the... French toast or Chorizo Hash), and their dinners are even better! Want a great pork chop or perhaps a vegan dish? Chef doesoutstanding meat and vegan dishes (and not just a plate of vegetables) with flavor that will knock your socks off. It was all so good I didn’t even get any pictures. I was not expecting a meal this good honestly! We got the peach salad which... was fresh and delicious. the roasted cauliflower was to die for and seasoned to perfection. The salmon was perfectly cooked witha crisp skin and tender carrots. Super friendly and smiling staff greeted us immediately at the door. After a quick chat, they had us seated in no time! This was... a very visually pleasing restaurant with great vibes. The outdoor seating looked awesome too! Place was packed! (I wouldrecommend getting reservations!) We started by splitting the smoked salmon and avocado benedict. I get benedict’s everywhereto see where they stand on my scale. Let me tell you - the hollandaise here was INCREDIBLE!!! After asking for a side of moresauce, I dipped about everything I could into it and left nothing behind! (Photo below is one of our split portions) Next upwas the Challah French Toast. Came with 3 generous slices of toast covered in huckleberry compote and bourbon caramel. Butdon’t forget about the vanilla gelato melting over the top. Bread was great, and the dish even comes with bacon! Win!! Wifegot the Pancakes and LOVED them. They we’re very very tasty. Perfectly dense yet light and moist. House made lemon curd wasnice and zesty! Went well with the compote! And this dish comes with bacon too! Drink order was an Arnold Palmer and IcedCoffee. The AP was perfectly balanced. Came in for brunch on a Sunday without a reservation. Got seated right away but I recommend having a reservation as the... restaurant got full very quickly. All the servers are very friendly and always checking in on how our meal was going. I orderedthe French Toast and it was AMAZING! It is one of the best French toasts I’ve ever had.
