Order Jimmy John's at the mall last night my daughter runs in to grab the order I'm sitting in the car with my granddaughter And... Slowest JJ's I've ever been to. They weren't even busy and the three of us have been standing here waiting for our food for a... bit and they forgot the bacon on a Club Lulu.... Update, after about a year I decided to maybe try it again and I would saythis experience was worse. I ordered the food ahead of time for pickup and it wasn't ready. I waited in line just to ask howlong the wait would be and the cashier who presumably is even the manager based on how she spoke to everybody, but we'll getback to that later, was taking forever. I was told that my order wasn't quite ready yet so I took a seat. While waiting there agentleman behind me came up and tried to order a pickle because he decided that after he got his sandwich he wanted a pickle aswell. The cashier turned to the crew and began yelling at them for not giving the poor man his pickle and when they repliedsaying he never ordered one she started yelling at them more that he did indeed order the pickle and they should have given himthe pickle and has she apparently seems to be flabbergasted that nobody gave him a pickle. She sat there gas lighting the crewmore about the pickle only for the old man to interject telling her he never ordered the pickle in the first place and decidedhe wanted one. If she's a manager and treats her staff that way, that's horrifying.
