I travel a good bit and no matter where I go I compare donuts to this place. Haven't found any yet that are better . Only wish... you could get all varieties always available. Read more
Went to Jim's this morning waited in line and got a dozen donuts.brought them home and they tasted old,burnt and stale. The... icing was falling off when you took a bite because it was dried up and old. Tried to give it to the dog and she wouldn't eat it. Waste of time and money will not be back. Read more

Jim?s used to be my favorite donut shop. Since the Covid shutdowns the quality has dropped tremendously. Portion size is very... inconsistent and usually a lot smaller than pre-pandemic shutdown. I?ve had old donuts that were stale and the glaze was weepingfrom being so old. Don?t know if the owners changed or if the previous donut makers left during the shutdown, but somethingneeds to change to bring Jim?s Donut back to one of the best donut shops in Ohio! Read more
