My husband and I stopped in tonight. We were seeing a show across the street and there were no drinks or snacks available... there. We decided to walk over to AJ's to give it a try. We both got a drink and the owner graciously gave us some chips tosnack on. The staff and other customers were so friendly. We decided to get 2 pieces of cake to go. The owner gave us those aswell. Cannot say enough about the quality of the establishment..the food was stellar..that is only part of the story..the staff was... beyond professional,attentive and knowledgeable..After finding out that we were from out of town,and engaged earlier thatday,the unthinkable happened..the proprietor took it upon herself to come over and congratulate us..in addition,she also saidthat the delicious meal was complimentary. We were floored..there are few if any restaurants that would even think about such agenerous gesture.speaks mountains.i!in turn,it was my pleasure to pay it forward with a 100$ tip for the amazing and heartfelt staff.put this on your must visit list.you will not be dissapointed.
