Just had an experience with this business that was indescribably positive, but I will try. I contacted the owner about sending a... gift across the country to a friend of mine. I causally mentioned a budget and some things she might like. Within hours, theowner put together a comprehensive selection of 3 custom gift sets I could ship out. Within 24 hours, I had chosen one and sheshipped it to my friend before I even paid for it! The best part is she included a to/from note without me even having to ask,then when she called to arrange payment, she made sure to get my address so she could send free tea samples to me! Wow. I can'teven... Please support the Vashon Tea Shop if you are able! The price is right, the tea is top of the line, and the customerservice is uniquely superb.
