The quality and quantity is down the drain i have been a regular customer at this particular location and i order large burrito... as usual and guess what i get for portions -small burrito just not once this keeps repeating and days by days my orders arenever correct. I didn?t know that you HAVE TO tip staff at fast food places nowadays and when you don?t, the level of service declines... drastically. Good thing they make your food in front of you cause I?d be scared to eat it otherwise. I have no problem tippingwaiting staff when I have a sit down meal. But fast food! Really?! Used to be very fresh and enough portions. They never put enough sauces on naked bowls, Literally this is my 5th time bad... experience from this location. This is really disappointing, this fries bowl used to be full. Never coming back. Read more

While I do think the food is delicious and is plentiful for its price. The customer service and the staff at this specific... location didn't seem to be that great. I was met with constant glaring and uncomfortable looks for some reason. I also didn'tlike that no one asked me for anything and I just stood there for 5 minutes waiting for my online order that was iust sittingthere; a simple "are you here for an online order?" Would've been appreciated at the very least instead of me having to ask. Ifa person is standing there for 5 minutes without saying anything, doesn't that tell you something?
