I visited here and I was informed by a very kind female employee that the machine was down. With that being said, I requested... they substitute the flavor with one that was working. When the female employee sought authorization from the male employee Hesaid ?no.? He had a very bad attitude and insisted the machine was working , but it clearly was not. He was rude, and notfriendly. If I owned this place I would fire him or your business will eventually fail. I would have been a regular customerat this location, but now I?ll never return. Read more
