Honestly I don?t even know where to start! First impression right off the bat store isn?t very clean so cleanliness is not the... priority, nor customer service I experienced a very rude and just not nice barista her name is Lee, when I ask for the managerthey got me a shift lead which when I asked her if she was the manager she said yes her name is Babs. Had a drink re madetwice, you would think since everything is written on the sticker when a mobile order is placed that it?s easier to read whatthe drink contains but that is not the case. The second time it was missing a shot of espresso again if you drink coffee dailyyou know how your coffee supposed to look this is a drink I order every day! Tasted weak at this point I just left and tossedthe drink out. It is a very touristic area so I?m pretty sure they used to talking to Tourist like that but not an every daycoffee drinker here in LA.
