I dont know where to begin. Its hard to find GREAT food in florida. BUT this place absolutely knows what they're doing and are... amazing at it. Crawfish/shrimp mac n cheese so fire! Had the Sunday chicken pot pie special and let me tell you- it was the best pot pie I've ever eaten. Cooked and seasoned to... perfection and the crust on top tasted like it was smoked. I also had to try the chicken and dumplings, just because they hadit. And wow, best I've had outside my kitchen. Wife got the Hungry Heiffer platter and loved everything on it- particularly thebrisket. Highly recommend Darrell's. We'll be back next time we're in Venice. Read more
