I really hope this was a mistake! But two meals made so wrong, I don't know! Just do not order eggplant parmigana!! We'd usually... get something simple, ravioli with sauce, etc. Those usually were very satisfying. Today we ordered the eggplant parmigana.After taking a few bites and it feeling too chewy, I decided to pull apart the parmigana and confirmed my suspicion, it wasmostly eggplant skins. As I was showing my husband that, he bit into something unpleasant as well and when he took it out of hismouth (sorry tmi) it was an eggplant skin that was was light brown (eggplant tends to turn from its deep purplish color to lightbrown as it rots). I don't know what they used the inside meaty portion of the eggplant but it definitely wasn't in our meal. Soso sad and dissapointed with today's experience! Read more
