The food is so delicious and unlike most food I eat, I feel so good after eating here. The owner is so kind and you can tell he... puts his kindness into his food. It is so nice to find so many gluten free choices. Food like this is usually very expensive butthe price at Live Young is very reasonable. This is going to be my go to for lunch now.. I had the falafel bowl and it was soooo good! I appreciate that you bake the falafels vs fry them. I also enjoyed the oatmeal... cookies and banana nut smoothie and I will be back!!! Disappointed. Ordered the falafel salad. Falafel, as you know, is a deep fried veggie extravaganza- crispy on the outside and a... flavor of herbs, spices and grains that is highlighted when cooked hot and crisp. What I got was veggie balls, maybe steamed orheated but definitely not fried, which makes them not really falafel. Didn't really taste that good and definitelydisappointing. Response to owner: I would suggest noting that on your menu: that you don't cook them the same way and that theyhave a different texture and flavor. Thanks for the offer to comp me a meal.
