Stopped in on Pi day. Pizza was good and fresh but they don't accept coupons or discount codes. You would have thought we'd... asked for fine china the way they told us they didn't have any plates or napkins. The box shows a picture of the garlic dippingsauce and pepperocini under the words "OUR TREAT" on the box but neither box had the sauce or the pepperocini in it. Read more
Ordered a 12 inch pizza, took way longer than expected to even receive it, and after I got home and looked at it, it was not... even 6 inches across and ONLY had cheese in the middle. I took it back expecting to just have them remake it for me, but insteadI got rude customer service and they acted like I was wrong. I should?ve just got a refund. Read more
Can it even be associated with Papa Johns if they don't carry what other Papa Johns locations do? They do not accept any... coupons/specials. They don't have garlic knots and they don't have the new garlic Parmesan crust pizza. The food is good forwhat they actually carry and it seems a bit more spendy that what I have paid at other locations. It would be nice to get myfavorite Papa Johns items. Read more
