I really dislike having to leave negative reviews, and to try to be as lenient as possible when doing so. However, every time... I've come to pick up an order here the last few months it has been an excessively long wait time. The day crew is at leastfriendly and cheerful, but the customer service of their evening crew tonight was terrible enough I decided against getting foodhere. I ordered a large Curly fries hoping that at least some of them would be curly fries. This location always gives numbs instead... of curly fries. The quality of food at this location has went downhill. I would not recommend the Vernal UT location. Read more
Awful management and stafd. You can tell theyre unhappy. I would be too with the amount of stress the job brings and being... underpaid. The management needs to do better and pay their employees better than $10 and hour. That's laughable. Lines are waytoo long here and don't budge for 20-30 minutes.
